Cabroni
A slightly bitter cocktail with aromatic tequila notes, a little coffee touch, and a bit of spiciness! A perfect Mexican negroni!
Place a small pan over very low heat. If you can't get a very low heat, use a water bath. You can also use a rechaud or a fondue pot when available
Add <quantity>150<unit>g</unit></quantity> of white chocolate and stir constantly until melted. Remove from the heat
Brush the side of the glass with the melted chocolate
Grind the pepper blend and sprinkle flaky salt to taste. The white chocolate & pepper rim is ready
Add <quantity>20<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of blanco tequila and <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Aperol to a mixing glass
Add <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of red vermouth and <quantity>7.5<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of coffee liqueur
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir for 30s
Strain it into te white chocolate & pepper rim glass with <quantity>1</quantity> clear ice
Express <quantity>1</quantity> lime peel over the drink and rub it against the edge of the glass. The cabroni is ready
