Thinly slice <quantity>½</quantity> red cabbage
Thinly slice <quantity>½</quantity> cabbage
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil to a hot skillet over high heat and add the sliced cabbage
Add salt to taste and stir
Once the cabbage has wilted and caramelized, add the juice from <quantity>1</quantity> lemon
Let the juice deglaze the bottom of the skillet. Add a little water if necessary. The sautéed cabbage is ready
Deep fry <quantity>1</quantity> smoked beef sausage in vegetable oil at <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature> until crunchy on the outside
Slice open <quantity>1</quantity> hot dog bun and toast it on a hot skillet over medium heat
Place the sausage in the bun
