Café de Olla
Spiced coffee, perfect to accompany your cocktails or enjoy on its own. The literal name of this traditional beverage is "pot coffee" in Spanish.
Pour <quantity>700<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of filtered coffee into a pot over medium heat
Add <quantity>2<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cloves and <quantity>2<unit>g</unit></quantity> of star anise
Add <quantity>4<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cardamom and <quantity>4<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cinnamon
Simmer the coffee over medium heat for 30m without boiling
Transfer the coffee to a bottle and let it rest for 12h to extract the flavors
Filter the coffee
Move to a serving jar. The café de olla is ready
