Shrimp Broth
Shrimp Broth is a flavorful liquid made by simmering the shells and heads with aromatic vegetables, herbs, and seasonings. It's often used as a base for soups, stews, risottos, or sauces.

Stir until the shells and heads turn into an orange color and start do brown, adding more vegetable oil if necessary
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of tomato paste and stir to combine
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of white wine and stir to evaporate the alcohol
Add <quantity>4</quantity> black peppercorns and the chopped vegetables
Add <quantity>4<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30m to extract the flavors
Remove from the heat and strain it through a fine mesh sieve. The shrimp broth is ready
