Camel Drool
If you need something sweet in your day, this is the right option! Sweet, creamy, and easy to prepare. It’s basically a mousse containing eggs, cooked condensed milk, and a bit of sugar. Enjoy!
Add <quantity>400<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cooked condensed milk to a bowl and whisk to soften it
Crack <quantity>4</quantity> eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Add the yolks to condensed milk and whisk to combine
Add the egg whites to a stand mixer bowl and mix on medium speed until it starts to become a white foam
Gradually add <quantity>25<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sugar while still mixing. Continue mixing until you obtain soft peaks
Gently mix the egg whites with the condensed milk until homogeneous. The camel drool is ready
