Caramel

Add 200g of sugar to a medium saucepan over low heat
Cook until the sugar has melted and caramelized. Don't let it get too dark so it doesn't taste bitter
Add 200g of heavy cream slowly and carefully, as it will bubble. Remove from the heat
Add a pinch of salt
Add 25g of butter and whisk until melted and combined. The caramel is ready
Enjoy on your desserts!
