Preheat the oven to 160°C
Break 1¼cups of white chocolate into small pieces. Place them on a baking tray with a silicone baking sheet
Bake the white chocolate for 15m until it is golden brown
Let the chocolate cool down and put it in a zipper bag. Break it into small chunks. The caramelized white chocolate is ready
