This marinade is full of flavor, very simple, and practical to make. It goes very well with poultry and pork. Ideal to give that extra something to everyday chicken.
Trim and cut 1 onion into large pieces
Halve and deseed 5 habanada peppers
Peel and slice 1 thumb of ginger
Peel and slice 5 garlic cloves
Transfer everything to a bowl and add 2tbsp of salt and 1tsp of msg
Add 1tsp of smoked paprika and 1tsp of turmeric powder
Add 2tbsp of honey
Transfer everything to a blender and add ¼cup of cachaça
Add 1 cup of white wine and ¾cup of whey
Blend until smooth, transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate until needed. The chicken marinade is ready
Use it to marinade different cuts of chicken and even pork!
