The bones removed can be used to make a chicken or bone broth, along with some aromatic herbs and vegetables!
Trim off any skin and fat excess from <quantity>1</quantity> chicken thigh
Find the bone in the middle of the thigh and make 2 incisions around it. Remove the bone by pulling it with your fingers. Use the knife to scrape off the meat until the bone is completely loose
Cut off all remaining bone or cartilage fragments. Trim off the skin a bit more, if desired. The chicken thigh is deboned
