This condiment can be a sauce, a dip, or a creamy salad dressing. This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, and low-fat. You can replace the dried chipotle with canned chipotle. Can’t find any chipotle? Use jalapeño. Don't want it spicy? Leave out the chipotle.
Place 57g of water and ½cup of tahini in a bowl
Add 1tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1tbsp of lime juice
Add 1 chopped dried chipotle ½tsp of dried oregano
Add ½tsp of garlic powder and ½tsp of cumin powder
Add salt to taste and mix to combine
Transfer to a serving bowl. The chipotle tahini is ready
It is great as a salad dressing. Enjoy!
