This recipe uses the fat content of milk chocolate to give a more creamy shine consistency to the ganache. Ganache is incredibly versatile and can be used in countless recipes such as filling for cakes, pies, and numerous other application.

A pastry classic and the darling of chocolate lovers.

  • Melt 380 g of 35% chocolate in a double boiler on low heat. Be careful not to boil the water

  • Add 200 ml of heavy cream to a sauce pan. Heat until just warm to the touch
