Chocolate Mousse & Berries
If you're a fan of chocolate, you can't miss this recipe! This chocolate mousse works with any fruit and makes everyone who tries it happy. Definitely the perfect dessert to end any meal!
Scrape out the seeds from <quantity>1</quantity> vanilla pod
Add <quantity>300<unit>g</unit></quantity> of heavy cream and the vanilla seeds to a saucepan over medium heat
Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, and remove from heat
Pour the hot cream over a bowl with <quantity>300<unit>g</unit></quantity> of chopped milk chocolate. Make sure all the chocolate is covered and let it sit for 2m to begin melting
Whisk until all the chocolate is melted and the mixture is homogeneous
Transfer the chocolate mixture to a piping bag and refrigerate for 8h to set
Preheat the oven to <temperature>180<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Add <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of hazelnuts to a baking sheet and roast in the oven for 10-12m until lightly browned
Cut <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of blackberries and <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of blueberries in half
Pipe the mousse into individual bowls
