Chocolate Sauce
The perfect topping for your ice cream. Shiny, silky smooth and rich in flavors.
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of white sugar, <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of milk and <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of cream to a saucepan
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and add <quantity>⅔<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of 50% chocolate pieces. Stir to dissolve chocolate then remove from the heat. Continue to stir until it is smooth and shiny
Add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of butter and stir to combine
Let the sauce cool and transfer it to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator. The chocolate sauce is ready
