Add 1 tbsp of white sugar, ⅓ cup of milk and 1 tbsp of cream to a saucepan
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and add ⅔ cup of 50% chocolate pieces. Stir to dissolve chocolate then remove from the heat. Continue to stir until it is smooth and shiny
Add 1 tsp of butter and stir to combine
Let the sauce cool and transfer it to a clean jar. Store in the refrigerator. The chocolate sauce is ready
