
Cocoa Liqueur Syrup

A light syrup with the flavor of cocoa and a hint of acidity from the liqueur. Perfect for moistening chocolate cakes and sweet breads, making them even more succulent!
Heat a pot over medium heat and add 100 ml of water
Add ยฝ cup of sugar and stir to dissolve
Bring it to a boil to completely dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat
Add 50 ml of cocoa liqueur and stir to combine
Place in the refrigerator for 10m to cool it down a bit. The cocoa liqueur syrup is ready
