Cold Brew Coffee
An excellent choice for hot days and to pair with spirits and liqueurs.
Add <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of coarse ground coffee to a glass jar with a lid
Add <quantity>1<unit>L</unit></quantity> of filtered water
Put the lid on the jar and place it in the refrigerator for 12h to extract the flavors
Sieve it through a coffee filter into a pitcher
Slice <quantity>1</quantity> rangpur lime
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee into the glass and garnish with rangpur lime slices to taste. The cold brew is ready
