Korean inspired fried chicken wings with sweet chili sauce. Use your hands!

Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of rice wine vinegar
Add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of salt and <quantity>½<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of ground black pepper
Stir to combine
Add <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of trimmed chicken wings to marinade
Marinate chicken wings in the fridge for 60m to tenderize
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of dark soy sauce to bowl
Add <quantity>4<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of ketchup
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of sambal oelek sauce
Add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of toasted sesame oil
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of honey
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of palm sugar
Add <quantity>2<unit>stalks</unit></quantity> of minced coriander with root
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of minced ginger
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of minced garlic
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of gochugaru chili powder
Whisk to combine
Transfer to a pot on medium heat and cook for 5m to dissolve the sugar. The Sweet Chili Sauce is ready
Remove wings and pat dry
Heat <quantity>1<unit>L</unit></quantity> of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat
Fry chicken wings until golden brown
Crispy Chicken Wings are ready
Add warm Sweet Chili Sauce to Crispy Chicken Wings. Mix to evenly dress chicken wings
Transfer dressed wings to serving board
Sprinkle <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of white and black sesame seeds
Garnish with <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of finely sliced scallion tops
