Weigh out 33g total of 3 different coffee beans
Grind the beans separately to a medium-fine powder
Place each type of coffee into separate cups
Smell them in an attempt to tell the difference between them
Pour 185ml of hot water in each cup
Gently push the grounds to the bottom of the cup while smelling the aroma of the coffee. Rinse the spoon in fresh water between cups
Skim the foam off with spoons. Rinse the spoons between cups. Allow the coffee to rest for 10m to allow the grinds to settle
Slurp the coffee to get all the different aspects of it. Spit it out into a container if you'd like to avoid a coffee buzz.
