Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Cynar and <quantity>80<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of grapefruit juice to a mixing glass

Add ice cubes and stir

Place <quantity>1</quantity> clear ice in a lowball glass. Strain the mixture into the glass

Squeeze the orange peel to release the oils, rub around the rim of the glass and use as a garnish. Add a slice of dehydrated grapefruit. The Cynar & grapefruit is ready
