A true Bar RAN classic! This cocktail combines the delicious ester flavors of overproof rum with the fruitiness of passion fruit. It's undeniably one of the best-selling cocktails in Bar RAN.
Pour <quantity>35<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of white rum and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of overproof white rum into cocktail shaker
Add <quantity>2½<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of yellow Chartreuse and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of simple syrup
Add <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of passion fruit purée and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lime juice
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of ice cubes and shake thoroughly for 8-12s
Strain directly into a chilled coupette glass. The passion fruit daiquiri is ready
