ARAKU’s coffee take on the classic cocktail—minus the rum! All you need is a cold brew with ginger and lime syrup. Shaken and topped with carbonated water.
A refreshing drink with lots of flavors. You can replace the carbonated water with regular sparkling water.

Add 100ml of cold brew and ice cubes to a cocktail shaker
Add 30ml of ginger and lime syrup
Cover the cocktail shaker with the lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled
Fill a glass halfway with ice cubes. Strain the liquid into the glass
Add 30ml of carbonated water. Garnish with preserved lemon slices. The dark & stormy coffee is ready
