A less sweet take on the classic Manhattan, the Dry Manhattan has a crisp, clean flavor with a hint of herbal complexity. It's great to kick off a meal or enjoy on its own. Pairs nicely with oysters and aged cheeses.
Add <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of bourbon and <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of dry vermouth to a mixing glass

Strain it into a chilled coupe glass
