Dipping sauce for dumplings such as gyoza. This recipe uses a hot sauce from a Chef's own brand. If you can't get it, substitute with another hot sauce of your liking.
Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce and 2 tbsp of black vinegar to a small bowl
Add 2 tbsp of hot sauce and 2 tbsp of honey
Mix to combine. The dumpling sauce is ready
