Transfer them to a container and add <quantity>700<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of elderflower liqueur

Cover and let it rest at room temperature for 4h to extract the flavors

Strain it. The strawberry elderflower liqueur is ready

Fill a wine glass with ice cubes. Add <quantity>60<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of the Strawberry Elderflower Liqueur and <quantity>15<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of verjus

Add <quantity>2<unit>dashes</unit></quantity> of absinthe and stir to combine

Add <quantity>75<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of sparkling wine and gently stir to combine

Garnish with strawberries to taste. The elderflower & strawberry spritz is ready. Enjoy!
