Fenugreek & Cucumber Water
An extremely refreshing base for cocktails and mocktails.
You can also try pairing it with frozen fruits to make delicious smoothies.
An unlikely combination used in the Coral, one of our staples on the cocktail menu at Masque.
Pick the leaves off 1 bunch of fresh fenugreek
Weigh 20 g of the fenugreek leaves
Weigh 40 g of fenugreek stems
Weigh 100 g of chopped cucumber
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil
Prepare an ice bath
Add the fenugreek leaves to the boiling water and blanch them for 30s. Drain and transfer to the ice bath
Add the fenugreek leaves and the cucumber to a blender
Add the fenugreek stems and 50 ml of water
Blend on high speed until smooth
Sieve through a fine mesh sieve. The fenugreek & cucumber water is ready
