Fermented Lingonberry
An easy and delicious way to preserve lingonberries and other berries. It can be used in salads or even to accompany cheese and charcuterie boards. You can use cranberries for a similar result.
Combine <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of lingonberries with <quantity>10<unit>g</unit></quantity> of salt
Cover with cling flim, one layer in contact with the fruit and another covering the container. Leave to ferment at room temperature for 3 months. The fermented lingonberry is ready
