Add <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of coriander seeds and <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of cumin seeds to a blender
Add <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of dried thyme and <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of dried oregano
Add <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of smoked paprika and blend on high speed until powdered
The spice mix is ready
Place <quantity>500<unit>g</unit></quantity> of ground meat in a large bowl. Add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of garlic paste and <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of chopped red onion
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of the Spice Mix and <quantity>¼<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of breadcrumbs
Add <quantity>1</quantity> egg and season with salt to taste
Mix the ingredients and knead the meat vigorously by hand, adding more salt if necessary
Drizzle olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat

Sear the meatballs on all sides; do not overload the frying pan to avoid losing heat

Add more rosemary to taste and cover with the lid. Simmer until the sauce thickens
Fill a pot with water, bring it to a boil and add salt to taste
Add <quantity>400<unit>g</unit></quantity> of fettuccine pasta and cook according to the manufacturer’s instruction until al dente
Top the meatballs with <quantity>⅓<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of grated Parmesan cheese and cover with the lid to melt. The meatballs with tomato sauce are ready
Drain the pasta and plate it
