Fig Leaf Oil
This aromatized oil with fig leaves is perfect for desserts and other sweet preparations. It also works well with fish, meat, and poultry dishes. It is very important to use an oil at 60°C to properly extract the properties of fig leaves.
Place 100g of fig leaves in a blender
Add 250ml of sunflower oil at 80°C
Blend for 10m at full speed until a bright green color is obtained
Strain the oil through a clean fine cloth. The fig leaf oil is ready
Yield 250 ml
