Fish Cleaning
Cleaning Fish is a skill that many people do not master, but which is shown here in simple steps.
Using a pair of sharp scissors, cut the side, top, and bottom fins of <quantity>1</quantity> white fish
Remove the scales by rubbing a spoon against the fish's skin
Make an opening from the belly up to the head of the fish. Take care not to go too deep and tear the fish's innards
Remove the fish innards
Wash the inside of the fish under running cold water to remove traces of blood
Pat dry both sides of the fish. The fish is cleaned
