Fish Stock
We teach you how to make the most of a usually discarded part of the fish. This way you avoid wasting anything.
Add <quantity>2<unit>L</unit></quantity> of water to a pot over medium heat
Roughly chop <quantity>1</quantity> onion
Wash <quantity>1</quantity> fish carcass under running water to remove the impurities
Add the chopped onion and the fish carcass to the simmering water
Stir, cover and let it simmer for 10m to extract the flavors
Let the stock cool down a little and sieve. The fish stock is ready.
