Garlic Croutons
Add crunch and flavor to your salads and soups!
Cut <quantity>3</quantity> slices of sourdough bread into medium cubes
Peel <quantity>2</quantity> garlic cloves
Crush or mince the garlic and add to the bread
Add extra virgin olive oil to taste and mix to combine
Toast in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crunchy. The garlic croutons are ready
