A crispy cookie with a buttery and slightly sweet flavor—a delicious classic from the world of pastry.
Add <quantity>185<unit>g</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour and <quantity>90<unit>g</unit></quantity> of brown sugar to a bowl
Add <quantity>2<unit>g</unit></quantity> of salt and <quantity>3<unit>g</unit></quantity> of baking soda. Stir to combine
Add <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of room temperature butter
Add <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of molasses and stir until well incorporated
Add <quantity>35<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of milk and combine until you get a wet sand texture
Knead the dough to form a smooth ball
Roll out the dough on a silicone mat or a plastic bag until <quantity>½<unit>cm</unit></quantity> thick. Transfer the mat to a cutting board and refrigerate for at least 30m until firm
Preheat the oven to <temperature>160<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Cut the dough with biscuit cutters and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake them for 20m until golden brown. The graham crackers are ready
