Grilled Beef Sirloin
The grilled beef sirloin is a great recipe for whenever you have your family and friends coming over. It is very easy to make, with only a few ingredients! This recipe is great for eating with salads and pastas, and you can top it with just flaky salt or with various sauces, such as chimichurri.
Warm a grill over medium-high heat. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to coat it
Generously season <quantity>1</quantity> beef sirloin with flaky salt to taste
Place the beef sirloin on the grill. Grill it until lightly charred
Flip the beef sirloin and grill the opposite side until lightly charred
Cut <quantity>1</quantity> garlic head in half. Place it on the grill, cut side down, close to the beef sirloin
Add <quantity>2<unit>sprigs</unit></quantity> of rosemary and drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste over everything
Flip the garlic and the beef sirloin. Continue to grill the meat until all sides are lightly charred
Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for 5m to set the juices. Cut it into slices and drizzle extra virgin olive oil to taste. The grilled beef sirloin is ready
