Grilled Cheese
A little twist on a classic. The best snack for every occasion!
Crumble <quantity>20<unit>g</unit></quantity> of feta cheese. Set aside
Grate <quantity>40<unit>g</unit></quantity> of cured minas cheese
Spread a thin layer of dijon mustard on one side of <quantity>2</quantity> slices of shokupan
Dispose the cheeses over one slice of bread
Add lemon zest to taste. Close the sandwich with the other slice of bread
Melt <quantity>½<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet
Spread butter on the side facing up. Flip the sandwich when it gets golden and crispy
Sear the sandwich until toasted and crispy. The grilled cheese is ready
