Tandoori Chicken Tikka
A tasty marinated tandoori chicken tikka that can be either grilled or roasted. It’s not only super easy to make, but also very delicious and versatile to serve!
Mince <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of garlic
Finely grate <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of ginger
Cut <quantity>1<unit>kg</unit></quantity> of deboned chicken thighs into medium pieces
Transfer the chicken to a bowl and add <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of turmeric powder, <quantity>2<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of garam masala, and <quantity>1<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of cumin powder
Add the minced garlic
Add the grated ginger
Add salt to taste and mix well
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of plain yogurt and mix
Place in the refrigerator for 2h to marinate
Grease a skillet over high heat with ghee
Add the marinated chicken and grill on one side for 5m until golden brown
Turn the chicken on the other side and finish grilling until golden brown and fully cooked. The tandoori chicken tikka is ready
