A fragrant herb oil, perfect to enrich burgers and all kinds of sandwiches. If you want, you can substitute the herbs with the ones you have at home.
Cut off the tougher stems of ⅓ bunch of dill, ¼ bunch of mint, and ⅓ bunch of chervil
Place them in a blender and add ⅔ cup of vegetable oil
Add salt and black pepper to taste
Blend on high speed until smooth. Transfer to a container. The herb oil is ready
