Jurubeba Sour
Jurubeba Sour is a unique twist on the classic whiskey sour that incorporates a blend of distinct Brazilian flavors. This cocktail boasts hints of citrus and tropical notes and features the jurubeba apéritif, which is an alcoholic beverage crafted from the jurubeba fruit and a blend of spices that is traditional in the Northern region of Brazil. Ultimately, the Jurubeba Sour is versatile and can be paired with a variety of foods, but it shines best in a setting where its tropical and citrusy elements can be appreciated, and they complement dishes with bold and flavorful profiles, such as spicy foods, seafoods, and barbecue!
