Kale Chips
A super simple and very flavorful dish! Great as a side or a snack when you're having friends over.
Preheat the oven to <temperature>160<unit>°C</unit></temperature>
Remove the stems from <quantity>1<unit>bunch</unit></quantity> of kale leaves
Tear the leaves and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of olive oil and salt to taste
Add <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of nutritional yeast and black pepper to taste
Mix well to combine the seasonings and spread the leaves on the baking sheet
Bake it for about 15m until crispy
Try it as a snack, a side for stews, or even served with soups. Enjoy!
