Lazy Dumplings
Lazy dumplings never tasted so good!
Place <quantity>300<unit>g</unit></quantity> of quark cheese into bowl
Crack <quantity>3</quantity> eggs and separate yolks. Add to quark and stir to combine
Add <quantity>1<unit>pinch</unit></quantity> of dried corn flowers
Add <quantity>3<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of powdered sugar
Add <quantity>3<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of all-purpose flour. Mix until combined
Dust work surface with all-purpose flour
Knead gently until a uniform and smooth dough
Cut dough in ½
Make an even roll
Gently make checkered pattern with a knife
Cut the dough transversely into medium sized pieces
Boil a pot of water seasoned with salt to taste
Transfer kluski to boiling water and cook until they float. Remove and reserve
Melt <quantity>2<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of butter in a frying pan on medium heat
Add <quantity>1<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of white sugar. Stir to evenly melt
Add <quantity>½<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of bread crumbs. Toast until golden brown
Plate the kluskis and top with toasted breadcrumb mixture
Garnish with rowanberry fruit and dried cornflowers
