Lemon Verbena Cordial

A super easy and versatile base to spice up any cocktail or refresher! All you have to do is use this Lemon Verbena Cordial as a replacement for sugar and you’ll be set!

Add <quantity>35<unit>g</unit></quantity> of lemon verbena and <quantity>150<unit>g</unit></quantity> of sugar to a tall recipient

Add <quantity>12<unit>g</unit></quantity> of malic acid and <quantity>½<unit>tsp</unit></quantity> of ascorbic acid

Add <quantity>500<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of water

Blend with a hand blender until homogenous

Set a tall recipient with a gauze cloth and a fine mesh sieve. Sieve the mixture and discard the solids

Transfer to a bottle or a jar. The lemon verbena cordial is ready
