Lemony Greens

Squeeze the juice of <quantity>½</quantity> a lemon in a bowl. Drizzle <quantity>4<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of extra virgin olive oil and mix by hand until fully combined
Add <quantity>3<unit>cups</unit></quantity> of mixed green salad and mix to coat the leaves with the dressing
