Lovage Salt
A super easy-to-make herbal salt that goes well with egg dishes and salads. It also pairs perfectly with seafood. Lovage is a perennial herb that is native to the Mediterranean region. It is also known as "love parsley" or "sea parsley" and, in culinary applications, it is known for its strong, aromatic flavor that resembles celery or parsley.
Remove the stems of <quantity>50<unit>g</unit></quantity> of lovage and coarsely chop the leaves
Transfer them to a tall container and add <quantity>100<unit>g</unit></quantity> of coarse salt
Blend it thoroughly until no leaves are visible. The lovage salt is ready
