
Madagascar Peppercorn Salsa Verde

This green sauce packs a punch. It is perfect pairing for a squid, but also works well with other seafoods and grilled meats as a glaze or as a sauce. It's better to add this to your dishes after they are cooked.
Chop 1 bunch of chives and add to a blender
Chop 1 bunch of parsley and add to the blender
Chop 1 bunch of coriander and add to the blender
Add ยฝ cup of olive oil
Remove the seeds, chop and add 1ยฝ green chillies to the blender
Add 2 tbsp of pickled Madagascar green peppercorns
Add 9 garlic cloves
Add ยฝ cup of lemon juice
Add a generous amount of salt to taste
Add the zest of 1 lemon
Blend on medium speed until smooth. The Madagascar peppercorn salsa verde is ready
Enjoy it with a nice squid or grilled meat dish!
