Mango Passion Fruit Purée
Two fruits that complement each other, blended into a simple puree that can serve as a base for cocktails and smoothies.
Cut <quantity>1</quantity> mango in half and scrape the pulp from the skin. Place the pulp in a bowl and set aside
Cut <quantity>1</quantity> passion fruit in half and scrape the pulp into a bowl
Transfer the mango and the passion fruit pulp to a blender
Add <quantity>1<unit>cup</unit></quantity> of water
Blend until smooth
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth
Transfer to a small jug
