Margarita
A Mexican sour cocktail that should be served very cold and strong!
Rub the rim of a coupe or a margarita glass with a lime wedge
Put salt in a plate and rub the wet rim with the salt. Tap the rim of the glass upside down to remove the excess of salt
Fill the glass with ice to chill
Place <quantity>50<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of blanco tequila in a cocktail shaker
Add <quantity>20<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of Cointreau
Add <quantity>25<unit>ml</unit></quantity> of lime juice
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 20s to chill
Double strain into the chilled glass. The margarita is ready
