Mascarpone & White Chocolate Cream
Mascarpone & White Chocolate Cream, a luscious and decadent dessert topping or filling that combines the creamy richness of mascarpone cheese with the sweet and smooth flavor of white chocolate.
This velvety combination can be used as a topping for tarts and cakes, as a filling for choux pastry or crêpes, to create layered desserts or as a simple, yet delicious fruit dip.
Add 100 g of white chocolate, broken into pieces, to a bowl on a water bath over low heat. Do not let the bowl touch the water
Stir the chocolate until completely melted. Remove the bowl from the heat and let the chocolate cool down a bit
Add 250 g of mascarpone cheese and mix to combine
Transfer to a recipient and place in the refrigerator for 30m to firm
Plate the cream and serve as you prefer. The mascarpone & white chocolate cream is ready
