Miso Glaze

This miso glaze is a very easy to make and versatile recipe. It can be used as a glaze or even as a marinade for various types of proteins, especially for fish.
It has a long shelf life if stored properly on a sterilized recipient in the refrigerator.

Miso Glaze

Melt 200g of butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Cook the butter until very light brown, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat
Add 1tbsp of fish sauce and 1tbsp of miso. Whisk until combined. The miso glaze is ready
