Use this recipe to give an umami touch to your cocktail, bringing out the natural flavors of its ingredients!
Add 500 ml of water to a pot over medium heat
Add 50 g of white miso. Whisk to dissolve. Bring liquid to a boil
Strain the mixture to a container through cheesecloth
Pour through a coffee filter. Be careful not to disturb the liquid as it strains
Combine 250 g of the liquid and 250 g of sugar. Stir to dissolve
Store in a container with a lid. The miso syrup is ready
Use it to add another layer of flavor to your cocktails!
