
Miso-Marinated Tofu

Marinated tofu to eat raw or grilled. Accompanies soups, creams, salads and sandwiches.
Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl
Add the juice from 1 orange
Transfer to a blender jug
Add 2 tbsp of miso paste
Add ½ cup of water
Blend on high speed until combined
Cut 500 g of firm tofu into medium cubes and transfer to tall a container
Add the marinade and cover the container. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1d
Plate the marinated tofu
Decorate with edible flowers and pink peppercorns to taste
Garnish with picked thyme to taste
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to taste. The miso-marinated tofu is ready
