Marinated tofu to eat raw or grilled. Accompanies soups, creams, salads and sandwiches.

  • Squeeze the juice from 2 limes into a bowl

  • Add the juice from 1 orange

  • Transfer to a blender jug

  • Add 2 tbsp of miso paste

  • Add ½ cup of water

  • Blend on high speed until combined

  • Cut 500 g of firm tofu into medium cubes and transfer to tall a container

  • Add the marinade and cover the container. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1d

  • Plate the marinated tofu

  • Decorate with edible flowers and pink peppercorns to taste

  • Garnish with picked thyme to taste

  • Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil to taste. The miso-marinated tofu is ready
