Mixed Fideuà
Fideuà is a Spanish dish from the Valencia region, similar to paella but made with short, thin noodles (called "fideos") instead of rice. This variation includes game meat, chorizo, and seafood.
Add <quantity>½</quantity> chopped quail to a hot pan drizzled with olive oil over high heat. Season with salt to taste
Add <quantity>½</quantity> sliced chorizo and cook until golden brown on both sides. Set aside

Add salt to taste and more olive oil
Break <quantity>200<unit>g</unit></quantity> of spaghetti into the pan. Stir to combine
Add <quantity>1<unit>slice</unit></quantity> slice of hot soppressata, roughly chopped, and stir to combine
Add <quantity>½<unit>tbsp</unit></quantity> of tamarind paste and stir to combine
Add enough water to cover the pasta
Add back the seared meat and let the pasta cook
Add <quantity>5</quantity> fresh mussels and <quantity>5</quantity> fresh clams in their shells. Add the seared shrimp and cook until the mussel shells open. The mixed fideuà is ready
