Open the moka pot and remove the coffee basket. Add 168 ml of water
Put the basket back on, and fill it with 12 g of medium dark roast ground coffee. Level the surface off and close the Moka Pot
Take it to the stove over low heat, and let it brew for 3-5m until the coffee stream inside the Moka Pot starts coming out in a yellow honey color. You can leave the lid open to keep track of it
Add 50 ml of whipped cream into a glass and drizzle 20 ml of chocolate syrup
Pour the coffee from the Moka Pot over the chocolate syrup
