Open the moka pot and remove the coffee basket. Add 168ml of water
Put the basket back on, and fill it with 12g of medium dark roast ground coffee. Level the surface off and close the Moka Pot
Take it to the stove over low heat, and let it brew for 3-5m until the coffee stream inside the Moka Pot starts coming out in a yellow honey color. You can leave the lid open to keep track of it
Add 50ml of whipped cream into a glass and drizzle 20ml of chocolate syrup
Pour the coffee from the Moka Pot over the chocolate syrup
The Moka coffee is ready! Enjoy this warm and cozy coffee!
